๐๏ธโ๐จ๏ธ Starbucks Story One
Tribute to Starbucks Coffee
By Ronnie / Revised 21.02.03
As you sit and enjoy a hot or cold beverage at your local Starbucks. Look around, observe. What do you see? (Pre-Covid Story)
I see so many people from our community, gathered in one place. Some having conversations and smiling, others lonely souls happy to be somewhere they feel accepted and part of the local community even if they don't connect or speak with others around them.
I see writers, friends, students, international people from all over the world. I see interactions between people. I see new friendships that happen and in some cases even relationships. I see groups of people, some from Churches on a Sunday morning or a group of the Boys or Girls gathered around for their morning espresso or before starting their night out. In some locations I see the strange as well and the care and compassion shown to all by the staff. (You all know who you are :P)
I myself have found Starbucks in my area of the city to be a place I feel comfortable. Over the years here I faced many challenges and hardships in building my life. Starbucks and the Great people who work at the ones I frequent have always made a hard day a better day and have provided our community with a Great place to go. Have you very noticed, Starbucks Team members always seem to be Happy & Smiling even thought they may have their own challenges going on as well.ย
I have also made many Great friendships at Starbucks and shared many memories with friends and strangers in the many years I have been a client. How many times it was a good place to be when alone and lonely. Thank You Starbucks. Thank You Howard Shultz for making Starbucks what it is.
What do you see? Do you have a Great experience to share related to your local Starbucks? Send it over. Keep it to 500 words or less. Might end up here for others to read.ย
